At Colorwayz, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

If you do not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Colorwayz is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Help@colorwayzcandy.com and we will do our best to assist before shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control

  • If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking link first

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product
